Take a look at some of the arrangements from our wedding at the Signature Club:

The Bride's bouquet of mums, roses, garden roses, spray roses and dusty miller. Her maids of honor carried smaller versions of her bouquet while the bridesmaids carried bouquets of white hydrangea.

 We used two of the reception centerpieces at the ceremony site as well- a great way to cut down on cost.

 These centerpieces of hydrangea, mums, roses, spray roses, carnations and dusty miller are some of my favorites; they were gorgeous!

 Our tall centerpieces of hydrangea, roses, stock and dusty miller sat on a trumpet vase. 

The bride's silver vases were filled with hydrangea, stock, roses, carnations and dusty miller.

A great way to add some height to your reception without the added cost- a cylinder filled with dendrobium orchids and a floating candle on top.

Shabby Chic Baby Shower

In June we threw a baby shower for my friend Erin to celebrate the newest addition to their family. My friend Gina did most of the planning- but of course, I got to make some gorgeous centerpieces for the shabby chic/ vintage inspired shower!!!

A March wedding at Marriot Griffin Gate

In March we worked with a bride that loved yellow and loved mums! Unfortunately March was unseasonably cold in the Bluegrass so the outdoor wedding was moved inside, but the yellow added in with the navy and silver color scheme helped give the couple's wedding the spring feel.

The bride carried a bouquet of yellow football mums, spider mums, roses and lilies.

The bridesmaid's carried a bouquet of yellow football mums with lilies added into the maid of honor's bouquet.

The bride wanted centerpieces that were elegant but simple; so we did a bowl of floating roses surrounding a floating candle; and vases filled with either footballs mums or spider mums. 

May 18th Wedding

Our May 18th wedding was held at Estes Chapel in Wilmore; it was such a beautiful church!

The moss initials were a big hit with the guests!

The Church was so pretty! We added some greenery to the candelabras and pomander balls as pew markers.

 

The bride carried a gorgeous all white bouquet of hydrangea, roses and peonies with a few sprigs of eucalyptus. 

 

The bridesmaids carried bouquets of peach gerber daisies, coral roses, greenery and curly willow. They really popped against the teal dresses.

The mothers carried a posy of white roses, green berries and greenery.

A modern altar arrangement

To end a very busy April we made two altar arrangements and some mini boutonnieres and corsages for a first communion at the local Catholic Church. The request was for more modern altar arrangements and I think we delivered!

 Aspidistra and curly willow accented this modern altar arrangement of hydrangea, disbuds, iris, stock, snapdragons and bells of ireland in a purple, lavender and green color scheme.

 How cute are these mini boutonnieres and corsages?

Spring colors for the UK hospital luncheon

April was such as a busy month! We ended the month with UK's hospital annual luncheon:

 A tall buffet arrangement of purple hydrangea surrounding curly willow to add height and drama. An arrangement like this is a great cost efficient way to add height to your arrangements.

 We did centerpieces of hydrangea, roses, spray roses, stock and disbuds in purple, lavender and a deep pink; such a bright color scheme, especially against the black linens!

Rustic April Wedding

In April we had the honor of working with a bride who wanted some really unique arrangements for her wedding. The ceremony was held at Georgetown Baptist Church while the reception was in the Black Barn at the Cardome Center in Georgetown. The couple wanted a chic, rustic wedding and the reception venue really captured their theme!

The color scheme for this wedding was one of my favorites to design with. The bridesmaid's wore teal and the flowers were red, dark pink and white; the pops of color together were beautiful.

 This bride loved peonies! We used white and light pink peonies for her bouquet.

 The bridesmaid's carried a bouquet of red and dark pink roses, anemones and ranunculus.

 A stunning coral peony, red berries and a white satin bow served as pew markers.

 For the altar, two tall cylinders under an arrangement of white hydrangea and red and dark pink roses.

  The centerpieces were so much fun to design and create! We used rustic crates filled with all red and dark pink flowers; they really filled the room with a pop of color.

We also surround lanterns with a ring of flowers, and filled a vase wrapped in twine with flowering branches.

 With the help of my father-in-law we also had a hydrangea and berry arrangement on top of a tree trunk stand; they were so unique I can't wait to use them again!
